I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle. The original vehicle I wanted wasn’t available, but Cody took the time to show me a comparable option that I actually ended up loving even more. He was patient, helpful, and really listened to what I was looking for. Greg handled the financing process and was extremely thorough in explaining all of my options. He made recommendations that genuinely fit my lifestyle and budget instead of making me feel pressured. The entire process felt smooth, transparent, and customer-focused. I really appreciate the great service from both of them and would definitely recommend working with this team!

I called before I visited Grainger Honda and got the salesperson Aubrey Whiting on the phone. I explained in detail why I was looking for a used car. He payed real attention and was very smart how he showed me the cars and how we got to the car I decided on.

Everything went very well yesterday. John was excellent to work with — very friendly, professional, and never pushy. He was completely cooperative and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Effi in finance was terrific as well and did an awesome job explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. I really appreciated the time and effort both of them put in to make the experience smooth and comfortable.

The atmosphere was very warm and inviting! Especially when we went to the Customer Care Center! There was oil popped popcorn with fountain drinks and many selections of coffee to choose from! Along with a machine with snacks to purchase. A TV with comfortable seating and charging stations for the customers to enjoy while waiting for either to test drive, purchasing or maintaining a vehicle! I recognized from their website, the owner and asked him if he was the owner? He said yes! I then told him how wonderful it was that they provided popcorn, fountain drinks and fresh brewed coffee! That my cousin and aunt who is 90 years old could have a fresh cup of coffee and popcorn. How my cousin drove from Columbia, SC to pick me and my disabled adult son up from Walterboro. That we drove from Walterboro to the dealership to test drive a vehicle and return for a purchase! He then asked me if we would like to have a chicken sandwich? He then asked if my cousin and aunt wanted a chicken sandwich and fries? I said, Yes! The salesman, Dylan, was a delight and so accommodating! The first thing he did was go over the car maintenance history to show how well the vehicle had been maintained. I was very impressed with this young salesman with the care and consideration he took with my situation caring for my adult disabled son! He wanted to make sure I had a well maintained vehicle! He even had a mechanic put the vehicle on a lift to address any of my concerns regarding how solid the vehicle was underneath! Dylan went above and beyond to assure me that this was a good, reliable vehicle! He was sent as an angel from GOD!! We will be back for routine oil and filter changes, tire rotations and any maintenance!
